2. NO COMPETE AGREEMENT

By using this Web Site, the Client is gaining knowledge of SHOPISELL product concepts, and therefore the merchant is agreeing that he/she will not compete with SHOPISELL products in any way, the merchant is agreeing that he/she will not develop, and have not developed a competing product or similar product to SHOPISELL products, apps, themes, and services. More specifically, the Client is agreeing that he/she has not developed, and will not develop an Internet/Intranet commerce software product, themes, apps, widgets, or add-ons that include shopping cart functionality, payment gateway functionality, order processing functionality, or any functionality currently available within SHOPISELL product offering(s) or reasonably expected to be included with SHOPISELL product offering(s). The Client agrees not to utilize the features, design, functionality, or the like of SHOPISELL products to develop a competitive product. The Client agrees not to use SHOPISELL design, features, or ideas within a competing product. The Client agrees not to share SHOPISELL ideas, design, features, functionality, or the like with any other business or persons.
